- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give this company a lower rating than 1 star, I would. My sister-in-law called this AAA branch, excited at the opportunity to support a local business and hopefully save some money. After speaking with a representative as to what their family needs were, being upfront about my brother's previous speeding tickets, and coming to a SIGNED agreement on a policy, 6 weeks later they received a letter. This letter informed them that the annual amount they had SIGNED a policy agreement to 6 weeks prior, would not be honored, and now will be $1300 more a year. Both of them contacted AAA to try and figure out why or how this could have happened. The representative that, deliberately or not, told my sister-in-law an inaccurate quote played it off like it was nothing. At the same time, the branch manager spent more time and energy telling my brother that AAA has the right to do this, rather than finding a reasonable solution to satisfy a new customer. This infuriates me, especially knowing how hard my brother and his wife work to provide and protect their 3 children. Instead of being able to enjoy the piece of mind with "better" insurance and emergency support that AAA "offers", they feel taken advantage of and concerned all together.July 16, 2017by Rachel Rennert
